This page gives you the ability to quickly search for an Asset, Customer/Depot, Service Event Number, Service Request Number, Case Number, or RO Number.
You can search using any of the following: Asset Make, Model, Engine, VIN, Serial Number, Chassis ID, Unit Number, Depot Name, Service Event Number, Service Request Number, Case Number, or RO Number.
Type at least 1 character to search by Unit Number, or at least 3 characters for any other field.
Serial Number, Chassis ID, and Engine match text anywhere in the field. All other fields match from the beginning of the field.
Matching results display the matched text in bold.
If you check "If the result matches a case number, open case page" and your search exactly matches a Case number, that Case opens automatically in a new tab.
