How do I change my Fleet Password?

You can change your password on the My Profile page after logging in with your current password.

To change your password:

Log in with your current password.
From the top menu bar of the Portal, click My Profile.
On the User Profile page, scroll to the bottom to the Change Password section.
Click ? to view password requirements, or see: Password Requirements
Enter your new password into the New Password field.
Re-enter your new password into the New Password (Again) field.
Click CHANGE PASSWORD.
When the new password saves successfully, a green banner will display at the top of the User Profile page. Next time you log in, use the new password.

Password Requirements

At a minimum, your password must:

Be at least eight characters long
Contain at least three of the following:

Uppercase letters
Lowercase letters
Digits
Spaces or these special characters: ~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] | : ; " ' < > , . ? /

Not contain more than two identical characters in a row

Additional Tips

A strong password is one that you can remember, but that is very difficult to guess (by either another person or a computer).

Consider using a longer phrase, but avoid common quotations, song lyrics, names of sports teams, etc. The more random the better. Here are some examples of strong phrases:

“39 > WALL gravity!”
“Base solve 0/8 product”
“art+wheel Slowly7”
