Whenever anyone assigns a case to you or sends you a note, you’ll receive a notification message. You can also receive messages when the status changes for a case, service request, estimate, and others depending on the settings you configure for your Notification Preferences on your User Profile.

To view your notification messages:
- Open your location from the Portal.
- From the menu bar at the top, click Messages.
- On the Messages page, you’ll see any messages sent directly to you.
To view messages sent to you based on your Notification Preferences, click Show fleet messages.
To view the case related to the message, click the individual message.
