Applies to: Service Providers using Procede as their Dealer Management System (DMS)
Overview
Decisiv supports part search through Procede. If your shop uses Procede as your DMS, you can search for parts directly from within a case — without leaving the application or switching to another system.
The part search experience works the same way it does for other supported DMS integrations. If you've used part search before, nothing about your day-to-day workflow has changed.
We've also expanded our integration capabilities with Procede's Excede DMS to streamline parts lookup, which means you can now:
- Search by partial part number
- Search by partial part description
This makes it faster and easier to locate the correct part information without requiring an exact match.
What You Can Do
With the Procede Part Search integration enabled, you can:
- Search your Procede parts catalog from within a case.
- Add parts to operations directly from search results.
- Pull up-to-date part numbers and pricing from your Procede system.
How to Search for Parts
Part search works the same way it does for all other DMS integrations:
- Open a case and navigate to the operation where you want to add a part.
- Click the part search icon or select Add Part.
- Enter a part number or keyword to search your Procede catalog.
- Select the part from the results to add it to the operation.

Your search results come directly from your Procede system, so availability and pricing always reflect your current catalog.
Requirements
To use Procede Part Search, your location must have:
- An active Procede DMS account.
- The Procede API integration enabled for your location.
- The Procede Part Search integration configured by your Decisiv administrator.
Who Has Access
This integration is available to Service Providers whose location has been set up with Procede Part Search by a Decisiv administrator. If you believe your location should have access but part search isn't working, reach out to Decisiv Support.

- Confirm your location has the Procede API integration enabled.
- Make sure you're searching by a valid part number or keyword.
- Try refreshing the page and searching again.
