Last Release Update - Case 7.295

We provided the following enhancement that was not announced in last week's release notes, which have since been updated:

• We enhanced the feature to provide connected vehicle meter data unit of measure at time of case creation.  We have added logic to automatically select unit of measure (miles or kilometers) as appropriate based on the hierarchy of fleet depot country, local customer country or dealer country.

Next Release Candidates - Case 7.296

The next release is primarily focused on longer term projects and back-end continuous improvements, to include: 

• longer term projects -- bi-directional mobile communications, estimate/operations table enhancements, improved OEM data integration, Senior Technician permissions, dealer business system integrations, french translations, and support for serial number-based assets (e.g., reefers, APUs, generators, etc.).
• back-end maintenance -- platform upgrades and security hardening.

Next Release Candidates - Sentinel 1.97

The next release is primarily focused on longer term projects and back-end continuous improvements. 

End of Year Release Schedule

As usual, our end of year release schedule has changed from the usual bi-weekly pattern as follows:

• December
  • Last major release of year was on December 8th
• New Year
  • First major release of the new year on or about January 4th or following week, to include the last two sprints of 2023.
