For the upcoming Case Release, we have the following enhancements scheduled for launch on Monday, September 21st:

• All Cases - Milestone Filters | You will soon be able to filter your case list by milestone directly from the All Cases screen. A new row of milestone filters will appear above the Cases table, with each filter showing the count of cases currently in that milestone.

You will soon be able to filter your case list by milestone directly from the All Cases screen. A new row of milestone filters will appear above the Cases table, with each filter showing the count of cases currently in that milestone. Selecting a milestone narrows the table to every case whose repair status falls under it, so you no longer need to check statuses one at a time to see where a case stands.

The Approval milestone is a good example: selecting it surfaces all cases sitting in an approval-related status — Approved, Pending Approval, or Declined — in one view. Combined with the Time on Status column, which shows how long a case has sat in its current status, this makes it easy to spot estimates that have been awaiting a decision the longest and prioritize follow-up accordingly.
