Next Release Candidates

Enhancements

We are planning the following enhancements in the next release:

• Engine Serial Number moved to main section of the Edit/Show Asset screens.  We previously rolled out improvements to searching by Engine Serial Number.  We are now going to display it in a more prominent location with other key asset attributes.
• Mitchell1 labor times - enhanced interface (for subscribers only).  For Mitchell1 subscribers, when adding operations to an estimate, we are enhancing the user interface for browsing Mitchell1 operations and labor times by VIN, as well as for adding those operations to the estimate.

New Features

We are planning the following new features in the next release:

• Builder - Pre-defined Additional Charges on Operations.  Builder has a new feature to streamline the process of adding an "Additional Charge" to pre-built operation variations, both new and existing ones. This feature ensures that the "Additional Charge" will be included by default when the operation is added to a case. This means no more worries about forgetting to add it manually later. With this update, we have eliminated the need for you to add additional charges manually after adding the operation to a case. 
• Fleet PM Auto Reset (Controlled Availability).  We are rolling out a new feature for fleet portal users that use our Scheduled Maintenance feature for Preventive Maintenance (PM). This PM Auto Reset feature allows fleet portal users with manager access to reset a PM operation in a case, if the service provider has not closed the case or advanced it enough to automatically reset the PM.  We are rolling this out for a controlled list of initial customers, then plan to roll out for general availability later this quarter.
