Login Experience
Overview:
The PSSM portal login experience has been updated. Most users will now be automatically directed to a new login page after entering their email address. This guide explains what to expect.
What's Changed:
Previously, all users entered a username and password directly on the PSSM login page.
Now, the login page works as follows:
- You enter your email address on the portal login page.
- The system checks your account and determines your sign-on method.
- If you are set up to use the new login system, you are automatically redirected to your organization's login page.
- If you are not assigned to use the new authentication experience, the standard password field will appear as usual — nothing changes for you.
- If you are not assigned to use the new authentication experience, the standard password field will appear as usual — nothing changes for you.
Session Timeout:
Your login session will automatically expire after 24 hours. When this happens, you will be redirected to the login page and prompted to sign in again. This applies to all PSSM system users regardless of sign-on method.
Frequently Asked Questions:
I entered my email, but wasn't authenticated. What do I do?
Your account may be set up for standard login. Enter your password in the field that appears.
I was redirected to a login page I don't recognize. Is this normal?
Yes, this is expected. You are being sent to your organization's secure login system (either the PACCAR Employee SSO or the fleet SSO provider). Log in with your usual credentials there.
I keep getting logged out after a day. Why?
Sessions expire every 24 hours as a security measure. Simply log back in to continue.
I forgot my password.
Password resets are handled through your organization's login system (not through Decisiv). Contact your IT department. If you use standard login, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
