This release is focused on bug fixes to improve the overall User Experience of the Case application:

Fixes

Translations - Asset Extended Properties field names 

This release will have additional language translations from English to French Canadian and Mexican Spanish. We are working on providing translations for Extended Properties field names listed in the Extended Properties section on the Edit Asset page.

DMS Integration - CDK Additional Charges Handling in the Calculate Charges Interface 

We resolved a scenario for service providers using CDK where additional charges were not updating the totals on the Case screen after pressing the Calculate Charges button and getting a success indication.  To see the updates reflected in the estimate, the user would have to manually refresh the screen.  We now automatically refresh the screen to reflect the updated charges in the estimate without a manual refresh by the user. 

All Cases/My Cases/Watching Pages - Unread Notes Icon

We resolved a scenario where the Unread Notes icon displays in the Info column on the All Cases page, the My Cases page and the Watching page when a case is assigned to another user without a note.  This scenario no longer displays the Unread Notes icon on these pages, or the Unread Notes banner at the top of the Case page.

Estimate .pdfs - QR Codes

We resolved a scenario where the QR code is shown on .pdfs even if no QR code is displayed on the Show Asset and Edit Asset pages.  The fix ensures no QR code is shown on .pdfs in this scenario -- the QR code will only show on .pdfs when it is displayed on the Show Asset and Edit Asset pages.
