Ongoing Projects

This release was primarily focused on longer term projects and back-end continuous improvements, to include: 

• longer term projects -- bi-directional mobile communications, estimate/operations table enhancements, improved visibility of open cases, an enhanced estimate .pdf format improved OEM data integration, dealer business system integrations, and support for serial number-based assets (e.g., reefers, APUs, generators, etc.).
• back-end maintenance -- platform upgrades and security hardening.

In addition, we deployed the following enhancement:

Improved error messages for Technician Stories export to DMS

This work provided clarity on error messages when the Technician Stories on the Edit Operations page do not export to the DMS.  These messages cover the following conditions:

• No or invalid user DMS ID
• RO not yet exported
• Operation not yet exported
