Case 7.317 - 10/11/24

For this Release, we have the following enhancements:

• Watching Notifications - Email, SMS, and Dashboard Notification Corrections
• "Jump To" links - on the Editing Case screen, changed from buttons to a drop-down menu

Watching Notifications 

We've revisited the behavior of the Watching Notifications feature and will include those changes in the upcoming 7.317 release.  Following the release, users can visit their user profile and select the desired notification (email, SMS, or dashboard), enabling them to receive notifications for Case Status updates on cases they choose to Watch.  

"Jump To" links

This relates to the “Jump To:” navigation buttons to navigate to a particular section of the Editing Case screen for Service Providers.  Currently these buttons are arrayed in a row.  The change is to move them into a drop down menu.  You can see the before and after in the figure below.  The change is highlighted by a pink box.  This is a formatting change only with no change to functionality.
