Overview
This article explains the Operations Progress Panel on a case page, where to find it, what it shows, and how to use it to track and update repair work.
The Operations Progress Panel
When you open a case, you'll see the Operations Progress panel in the case header, directly below the Case Timeline. Click View Operations Progress to expand it. Click again to collapse it. It lists every active repair job on that case so you can see what's being worked on, who's doing it, and where things stand, all in one place.
Active operations are those that have not been deferred or declined. Deferred and declined operations still appear in the full operations table further down the page.
The Operations List
Each row in the list represents one operation. Here's what you'll see in each row:
- Operation name and number: The name of the job and its sequence number on the case.
- Assigned technician: Who is doing the work.
- Operation Progress: Each operation row includes a mini-timeline showing where that job stands. It displays three milestones: Not Started, In Progress, and Complete, as a three-point dot indicator. A filled dot marks the current milestone. When an operation is On Hold, an On Hold indicator appears on the current dot without advancing it. Hover over the indicator to see further details.
- Flags: Operations that have been marked as Withheld, Goodwill, or Warranty are indicated in the panel. Flags can be viewed here, but cannot be modified.
- Repair Status: The current stage of work for that operation. Click the dropdown to see all available statuses grouped by category.

Filter by Progress
Above the operations list, you'll see buttons showing how many operations are in each stage. Click one or more to narrow the list. The counts update automatically as statuses change.
Progress stages are grouped as follows:
- All Open: The default selected state when the panel first opens.
- Not Started: Work has not yet begun. The operation has not been deferred or declined
- In Progress: Work is actively underway.
- On Hold: Work has been paused.
- Complete: The job is finished.
