Service Provider Unit Number Field Added to Mobile Asset Form
With this new implementation, mobile users will be able to see the Fleet Unit number and the Service Provider Unit number on multiple pages of the mobile case, with the ability to update the Service Provider Unit Number live through the Asset view on the mobile version.


Tier 1 Support and Help Updates
As part of the work needed to bring back Tier 1 support to Decisiv, We are excited to announce the transition of support to Decisiv and the two tickets that now have been completed:
PACCAR Help Requests Redirected to Decisiv
Now, when Kenworth or Peterbilt Dealers request help through the platform’s Help Form, these requests are sent to paccarmail@replies.decisiv.net so that Decisiv handles the requests.
PACCAR Phone Numbers Removed from Help Section of PACCAR Portal
We have also removed the PACCAR phone numbers from the Help Section of the portal so they will no longer be seen by Kenworth or Peterbilt Dealers.
