Manage Assets
Assets:
On this page, you will see all the assets managed by your team and specific details for each of those assets. You can filter the list of assets by accounts, depots, multiple asset values, and details under Advanced Filters. You can also search for specific assets and group them by depots.
The asset search field allows you to look at a specific asset or assets without having to leave the Assets page. You can search by any of the primary or secondary asset identifiers configured for your team. Once at least three characters are entered in the search field, the assets with matching results will be displayed, and the matching results will be highlighted in the assets list.
Depot Filter:
Select the Depot(s) or Depot Group(s) to show only assets associated with your selection. To filter by your favorite depots, select Favorites Only. To filter by depots assigned to you, select Assigned to me only.
Alerts:
All active alerts for every alert type will display on your Assets page. The number of alerts for each type will display in the Alert Type boxes in front of the description. To filter your assets by Alert Type, select the Alert Types you want to see by clicking them. The alert box will turn blue to indicate it is selected. You can select one or more Alert Types at a time.
Advanced Filters:
Advanced filters provide even greater flexibility in what is displayed for the list of assets. If the selected filters produce no results, No Assets Found will be displayed. The Advanced Filters button will show (#) Advanced Filters, where # is the number of advanced filter values applied.
Sort by Depot:
You can group the assets by Depot by selecting Depot from the Group By option. To remove the depot grouping, click Group By and select None.
Sort by Assets Info:
By default, assets are listed in order by most recent active alerts, but additional sort options are available. If the group by is selected, the assets will be sorted within each group.
Export to CSV:
By default, assets are listed in order by most recent active alerts, but additional sort options are available. If the group by is selected, the assets will be sorted within each group.
Collapsible Panel:
The Asset Detail panel includes a collapsible header section. Users can collapse the bottom part of the Asset Detail to free up space for tabs such as history, alerts, location, and warranty, and expand it again when needed. The panel remembers the last setting, so the view stays consistent when returning to the page.
